Clarisse Marie Obia bested 12 other teens from around the world and bagged the 1st runner up crown in the Miss Teen Universe 2012 coronation night. This 19-year old beauty is from Binan Laguna. Sasha Nikyta Kam, from Panama was hailed as the Miss Teen Universe at the coronation night last April 30, 2012 held at the Hall of the Ruben Darion National Theater in Managua, Nicaragua. Clarisse is also the only delegate from Asia in the pageant dominated by Latin America delegates.
Clarisse is currently a 3rd Year BS Tourism student of Lyceum of the Philippines University. She was a finalist and the recipient of Best in National Costume and Best in Sportswear awards in last years Bb. Unibersidad pageant.
